Lead Based Paint

Most homes built before 1978 contain some lead-based paint. Lead-based paint was used both indoors and outdoors during that time period. Windows, baseboards, trim and doors are the most common areas that lead-based paint can be found. The only way to know if your home contains lead-based paint is to have it tested by a licensed/trained professional.

All our inspectors are certified as inspector/assessors by the California Department of Public Health Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Branch.

Heritage Environmental Testing & Building Solutions, LLC performs all lead based paint inspections and risk assessments pursuant to the Housing & Urban Development (“HUD”) Guidelines.

We are currently working with single family homeowners, apartment owners, property management companies, insurance companies and restoration (EMS) companies inspecting single family, multifamily and commercial structures for LBP.
